品管圈对降低手术用物准备缺陷率的应用价值

Application Value of Quality Control Circle to Reduce the Defect Rate of Surgical Preparation

目的探讨和总结品管圈活动对降低手术用物准备缺陷率的应用效果和价值。方法2017年4—9月科室成立品管圈小组,通过一系列品管圈步骤的实施,比较对策实施前和实施后的手术用物准备缺陷情况。结果对策实施前10 d手术台次共131台,缺陷次数28例,缺陷率达21.37%;对策实施后10 d手术台次共96台,缺陷次数4例,缺陷率4.17%,比较两组数据的缺陷率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用品管圈活动可以减少手术用物准备缺陷的发生率,保障手术安全,护士的职业认同感和集体荣誉感得以提升,团队凝聚力增强,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore and summarize the application effect and value of quality control circle activities in reducing the defect rate of surgical preparations.Methods From April to September 2017,the department established a quality control circle group to compare the surgical preparation preparation defects before and after the implementation of the measures through a series of quality control circle steps.Results There were 131 operation stations in the first 10 d of the countermeasures,28 cases of defects,and the defect rate reached 21.37%.There were 96 operation tables in 10 d after the implementation of the countermeasures,and the defect rate was 4 cases.The defect rate was 4.17%.The defect rate of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence of surgical preparation defects,ensure the safety of surgery,improve the professional identity and collective sense of honor of the nurses,enhance the team cohesiveness,and deserve clinical promotion.
