妇产科中医护理管理中质量评价的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Evaluation in Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Management in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探析质量评价工作中质量评价的实际效果。方法该院自2017年12月开始实施中医护理管理质量评价,随机选取管理前35名护理人员进行实验研究,对比实施质量评价前后相关护理人员中医基础知识、护理技能、操作技能等方面评分,对比管理前后医生对护理人员工作满意度。结果实施质量评价后,相关护理人员护理技能、操作技能等方面评分及医生工作满意度均显著高于质量评价前,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科实施质量评价办法,可有效提升妇产科护理人员临床护理水平,提升医生工作满意度。

Objective To analyze the actual effect of quality evaluation in quality evaluation work.Methods From December 2017,the hospital began to implement the quality evaluation of TCM nursing management,randomly selected 35 nursing staff before management to carry out experimental research,and compared the basic knowledge,nursing skills and operational skills of relevant nursing staff before and after the implementation of quality evaluation of doctors'job satisfaction with nursing staff before and after management.Results After the quality evaluation,the scores of nursing and operation skills of the relevant nursing staff and the doctor's job satisfaction were significantly higher than those before the quality evaluation,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality evaluation methods for obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the clinical nursing level of obstetrics and gynaecology nursing staff and improve the job satisfaction of doctors.
