摘要
目的研究对危重症患者接受急诊绿色通道治疗期间实施一体化管理的临床价值。方法选择在该院2016年9月—2018年9月通过急诊绿色通道治疗的危重症患者74例,以随机分组法分成对照组和观察组,平均每组37例。对照组实施常规急诊绿色通道管理;观察组实施一体化管理。结果观察组患者对急诊绿色通道管理模式的满意度达到94.6%,高于对照组的81.1%;不良事件仅有1例,少于对照组的6例;急诊治疗时间和住院治疗总时间短于对照组。组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对危重症患者接受急诊绿色通道治疗期间实施一体化管理,可以减少不良事件的发生,缩短急诊治疗和住院治疗时间,使患者对管理模式的满意度水平提高。
Objective To study the clinical value of integrated management during critically ill patients receiving emergency green channel therapy.Methods A total of 74 critically ill patients who underwent emergency green channel treatment in the hospital from september 2016 to september 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with an average of 37 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine emergency green channel management;the observation group implemented integrated management.Results The satisfaction rate of the emergency green channel management model was 94.6%in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(81.1%).There were only 1 case of adverse events,less than 6 cases in the control group.The total time of emergency treatment and hospitalization was shorter than the total time of hospitalization of the control group.The difference in data between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated management of critically ill patients during emergency green channel treatment can reduce the incidence of adverse events,shorten the time of emergency treatment and hospitalization,and improve the satisfaction level of patients with management mode.
