生化实验室质量控制失控原因分析

Analysis of the Causes of Loss of Control in Quality Control of Biochemical Laboratory

目的探讨临床生化实验室质量控制失控的原因及纠正措施。方法按照操作规程在日常生化检验工作时,每批实验都常规做高浓度和低浓度室内质控血清,准确统计和记录超出误差允许范围的检测项,周密分类何种原因造成的结果失控。结果导致生化实验室室内质量控制失控的原因分别为:试剂原因53.2%,质控血清原因14.5%,仪器原因12.9%,校准品原因8.0%,人为原因4.8%,其他原因6.5%。结论通过正确查找和判断失控原因,采取相应的措施实施质量改进,减少室内质控失控发生,确保生化检验结果准确,以期为临床医生诊疗提供可靠的检验报告。

Objective To investigate the causes and corrective measures of out of control in clinical biochemical laboratory quality control.Methods In accordance with the operating procedures in the daily biochemical test work,each batch of experiments routinely do high-concentration and low-concentration indoor quality control serum,accurately count and record the detection items beyond the allowable range of error,carefully classify the reasons for the resulting control out of control.Results The reasons for the loss of control of the quality control in the biochemical laboratory were:53.2%for reagents,14.5%for quality control serum,12.9%for instrumental reasons,8.0%for calibrators,4.8%for human reasons,and 6.5%for other reasons.Conclusion Through correct search and judgment of the reasons for loss of control,take corresponding measures to implement quality improvement,reduce the occurrence of out-of-control control of indoor quality control,and ensure the accuracy of biochemical test results,in order to provide a reliable test report for clinicians.
