扶贫攻坚背景下乡村医生队伍建设对策研究——以云南省曲靖市为例

Research on the Countermeasure of Rural Doctors Team Construction under the Background of Poverty Alleviation——A Case Study of Qujing City,Yunnan Province

中央将实施健康扶贫工程列为打赢脱贫攻坚战的七大行动之一,要求着力保障农村贫困人口享有基本医疗卫生服务,努力防止因病致贫、返贫,加强乡村医生队伍建设是健康扶贫落到实处的重要措施之一。该文通过对曲靖市乡村医生队伍现状进行调研,在肯定取得一定成效的同时指出乡村医生队伍建设中存在着医疗卫生服务能力不足,收入保障不到位等问题,针对问题进行分析,就此提出相应的对策思考。

The Central Committee has listed the implementation of the Health Poverty Alleviation Project as one of the seven major actions to win the fight against poverty.It is required to focus on ensuring that the rural poor enjoy basic medical and health services,work hard to prevent poverty and return to poverty due to illness,and strengthen the construction of rural doctors.One of the important measures to be implemented.Through the investigation of the current situation of rural doctors in Qujing City,this paper points out that there are certain problems in the construction of rural doctors,and there are problems such as insufficient medical and health service capacity and insufficient income guarantee.The problem is analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
