摘要
在有限的教学资源形势和迫切的提高学生培养质量的要求下,如何建立高效的学生管理模式是高校学生管理研究中的一个重要议题。防灾科技学院英语专业经过几年实践与探索,结合新形势下学校的发展规划和人才培养定位,设计并逐渐形成了一套由辅导员、班主任、专业导师多人、多方位参与的“三位一体”型教学管理模式,并取得了良好的教学管理效果。本文详细地介绍了“三位一体”模式下防灾科技学院英语专业辅导员、班主任、专业导师分工机制,并简要的描述了其主要特色和存在的一些问题。
Under the situation of limited teaching resources and urgent need to improve the qualit y of student training,how to establish an eff icient model is an important issue in the study of college student management in s and universities.After years of practice and exploration,and combined with the school's development plan and personnel training orientation under the new situation,the English major of the Institute of Disaster Prevention has designed and gradually formed a"Trinity"management model with the participation of counselors,head teachers,professional tutors,and this management model has achieved good teaching management results.This paper introduces the jobdivision mechanism of professional counselors,head teachers and professional tutors in the"Trinity"model,and brief ly describes its main characteristics and some problems.
