摘要
电厂在进行节能改造时,冷却塔塔芯部件更换已经成为一种重要选择,但在决定改造与否时,部分电厂未充分考虑冷却塔本身的运行特性和机组冷却塔处在夏季工况的运行时长,盲目进行改造。通过对逆流式自然通风冷却塔的节能改造进行必要性分析,给出了改造方案的投资收益率,着重分析了冷却塔塔芯改造前的运行热力特性对改造效果和方案选择的影响,为冷却塔的节能改造工作提供了建议和方向选择。
During the energy-saving transformation of power plants,the replacement of cooling tower core components has become an important choice.However,when deciding whether to transform or not,some power plants have not fully considered the operation characteristics of the cooling tower itself and the long running time of the unit cooling tower in summer,so they blindly carry out the transformation.Through the analysis of the necessity of the energy-saving transformation of the counter-flow natural ventilation cooling tower,this paper gave the rate of return on investment of the reforming scheme.It emphatically analyzed the influence of the thermal characteristics of the operation of cooling towers before retrofitting on the transformation effect and scheme selection,which provided suggestions and direction selection for the energy-saving transformation of cooling towers.
