摘要 调速器系统配压阀压力内泄易导致油泵频繁启动。为保证水电站调速器系统稳定、高效运行,介绍了A水电站中使用的一种新型调速器系统以及事故配压阀的用途、适用范围,阐述了调速器系统压力下降较快的现象及原因,深入分析了事故配压阀动作造成油泵启动频繁的原因,并提出了配压阀压力内泄的对应方法。 Pressure leakage of pressure distribution valve in governor system easily leads to frequent start-up of oil pump.In order to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the governor system of hydropower station,this paper introduced a new type of governor system used in A Hydropower Station and the use and application scope of the accident pressure distribution valve,expounded the phenomenon and reasons of the rapid pressure drop of the governor system,deeply analyzed the causes of frequent start-up of the oil pump caused by the action of the accident pressure distribution valve,and put forward the corresponding method of pressure internal leakage of the pressure distribution valve.
