摘要
介质密度是影响重介洗选工艺效果的重要参数,提升其控制稳定性,对于提高洗选产品质量意义重大。以此为着手点,针对重介洗煤系统密度控制开展探究。结合具体工程实际,在分析重介洗选密度控制系统构成的基础上,深入探究了介质密度控制原理,并总结了系统的特点,希望能够为其他煤矿选煤厂相似工程的开展提供参考和借鉴。
Medium density is an important parameter affecting the effect of dense medium washing process.Improving its control stability is of great significance for improving the quality of washing products.Taking this as a starting point,the density control of dense medium coal washing system was explored.Combining with specific engineering practice,based on the analysis of the composition of dense medium washing density control system,this paper deeply explored the principle of medium density control and summarized the characteristics of the system,hoping to provide reference for similar projects in other coal preparation plants.
