摘要
为了保证综采工作面安全快速过断层破碎带,提高工作面回采效率,大同煤矿集团朔州煤电公司生产技术部通过技术研究,对小峪煤矿8202工作面传统过断层方法主要存在的问题进行分析,并根据生产情况,提出了煤壁架棚法过F4断层回采工艺。通过实际应用,该方法控制了顶板破碎、煤壁片帮现象,保证了工作面安全快速回采,取得了显著成效。
In order to ensure safe and fast crossing fault fractured zone and improve mining efficiency of fully mechanized mining face,Production Technology Department of Shuozhou Coal Electricity Company,Datong Coal Mine Group,has carried out technical research,analyzed the main problems of traditional crossing fault method in 8202 working face of Xiaoyu Coal Mine,and put forward the coal wall shelf method crossing F4 fault mining technology according to production situation.Through practical application,this method has controlled roof breakage and coal wall slice phenomenon,guaranteed safe and rapid mining of working face,and achieved remarkable results.
