摘要
城市轨道交通网建设必然存在区间线路上下交叉施工的情况,对于在岩层、黏土、卵石土地层中下穿运营区间的技术控制措施已经有不少成功的经验,但在富水砂卵石地层中应用并不多,施工工艺及相关技术措施尚需进一步总结和完善。文章结合成都地铁6号线马鞍北路站和地铁17号线凤溪河站盾构下穿实际情况,研究采用超长管棚工艺对既有线进行加固设计和施工。
The construction of urban rail transit network is bound to cross the upper and lower sections of metro lines.There have been many successful experiences in the technical control measures for the operational section in the rock,clay and pebble soil stratums.However,there are not many applications in the water rich sandy pebble stratum,and the construction technology and relevant technical measures need to be further summarized and improved.Based on the actual situation of the shield tunneling in Ma'anbei Road Station of Chengdu metro line 6 and Fengxihe station of the metro line 17,this paper studies the reinforcement design and construction of the existing lines with the super-long piping technology.
