国防交通物资储备规模优化研究

A Study of the Scale Optimization of National Defense Transportation Material Reserve

当下国防交通物资储备存在结构不当、品种不全、数量不足、更新不及时等问题。结合当前军民融合发展战略,以物资需求为牵引,构建物资需求模型;以规模适度为指导,构建物资储备模型;以动态平衡为标准,构建物资补充模型,建立“需求—储备—调整”的储备规模模式。最后,以X战役方向航空保障物资为例,证明优化结果实现了效率提高、数量适当、补充及时的物资储备目标。

As far as the national defense transportation material reserves are concerned right now,exist such problems as inappropriateness in structure,incompleteness in variety,insufficiency in quantities and,untimeliness in updating.To solve such problems mentioned above,established in the present paper is a model of material requirements,which combines itself with the present military-civilian integration development strategy,and takes the material requirements as its traction.With the right scale as its guidance,a material reserves model is established.With the dynamic balance as the standard,a material-replenishment model is established.Upon the basis of all the above-mentioned models,a"requirements-storing-adjustment"storing scale mode is thus established.Finally,with the aviation material support for the X campaign as an example,the optimization helps realize the aims in material reserves of improving efficiency,the rightness in quantities and replenishing in time.
