朔黄铁路183号潴龙河特大桥抗洪能力评估及防洪对策研究

摘要 朔黄铁路肃宁分公司管内行洪河道每年汛期都会因上游水库调蓄原因,导致下游河流天然的洪峰、洪量及洪水时程分配。以朔黄铁路183号潴龙河特大桥为例,通过对桥梁现状防洪能力评估,认为该桥设计流量明显偏小、桥下净空不足,发生较大洪水时可能危及基础安全。提出控制水库泄洪量、加强桥下河床整治等措施。可为桥梁防洪及科学管理工作提供依据。 During the flood season every year,owing to the adjustment of the stored water of the upstream reservoirs,all the flood diversion rivers administrated by the Suning Branch of the Shuo-Huang Railway Development Co.Ltd.are faced with natural flood peaks from downstream rivers,the great quantities of flood and the time allocation of the flood.With Zhulonghe Mega Bridge 183 of the Shuo-Huang Railway as an example,through evaluating the existing anti-flood capacity of the bridge,the designed flow for the bridge is found to be obviously less than that required.Besides,the clearance under the bridge is also insufficient.In such a case,the foundation of the bridge may be endangered in case of a relatively big flood.To solve the problem,put forward in the present paper are some technical measures such as controlling the quantities of the flood discharge of the reservoirs,strengthening harnessing the riverbed under bridges,etc.The paper may provide grounds for bridges in anti-flood and the work of scientific management.
