摘要
地铁施工中盾构机应用越来越多,传统的龙门吊提升输渣方式已经严重制约了盾构机的施工效率,因此垂直提升皮带机被逐步采用。但是,土压平衡盾构机(EPB)所产生的渣土具有粘度较大、含水量较高的特点,此前的垂直皮带机,由于胶带自身结构的原因,粘附在胶带上的渣土清理困难,从而造成了带渣、掉渣,降低了输送效率,影响了周围环境。分析当前各种垂直皮带机的技术特点,结合广州轨道交通22号线的实际工况,研发了一种由牵引皮带机和支撑皮带机组成的新型复合式垂直皮带机,有效地解决了胶带粘渣及清理的难题,为其它类似工程提供了借鉴。
As the shield machine is more and more widely applied to the construction of subways,the traditional slag transporting method of gantry hoisting and frame bucket lifting already seriously restricts the construction efficiency of the shield machine,in which case the vertical belt conveyor is gradually adopted for the slag-transporting construction.However,the slag produced by the earth pressure balance shield machine(EPB)has the characteristics of relatively high viscosity and high water content.As for the previous vertical belt conveyor,due to the structure of the belt itself,the slag attached to the belt is particularly difficult to clean up,resulting in slag stuck to the belt or slag drop,which not only lowers the transportation efficiency but also affects the surrounding environment.Upon the basis of analyzing the technical characteristics of the various existing vertical belt conveyors,and taking into consideration the specific construction conditions of Line 22 of the Guangzhou Rail Transit,developed in the present paper is a new-type composite vertical belt conveyor consisting of a traction belt conveyor and a supportive belt conveyor,which effectively solves the problems of slag being stuck to the belt and belt-cleaning.The paper may provide a useful reference for other similar projects.
