混凝土泵车润管剂的工程应用

On the Engineering Application of the Lubricant for Concrete Pumping Pipe

为了提高混凝土的施工效率和质量,混凝土的浇筑方式逐渐转变为管道输送,混凝土泵车润管剂作为一种新型建筑材料逐渐被推广应用。针对混凝土泵车润管剂的性能展开研究,结合施工现场的条件,旨在推广混凝土泵车润管剂的全线工程应用。通过实际应用研究发现,采用混凝土润管剂可大幅度降低润泵成本,经济效益显著。

To improve the construction efficiency and quality of concrete,the concrete pouring mode is gradually transformed into pipeline-transportation,in which case lubricant for concrete pumping pipe,as a new type of building material,is gradually popularized and applied.Studied in the present paper is the performance of the lubricant for concrete pumping pipe,the aim of which is at further popularizing the engineering application of the lubricant to all engineering fields upon the basis of taking all the site conditions into consideration.Through the study of its practical applications,it is found that the pump-lubricating cost can be greatly reduced by using the concrete pipe lubricant,with remarkable economic benefits obtained.
