在德育为先的大背景下,银城小学关注德育前沿,结合教育实践中的问题现象,畅想并努力探索德育新途径——儿童对话式道德学习。对话式道德学习以契合儿童的方式,真正地把儿童当作是一个个独特的生命个体,让儿童与自我对话,与课堂对话,与课程对话,与活动对话,通过建构良好的道德学习生态,提升儿童道德品格,构建道德育人新模式。

In the background of prioritizing moral education,our school focuses on the forefront of moral education to explore the new approach to moral education by combining with the problems in practice,namely,children’s dialogue-based moral learning.Such learning adapts to children’s features and truly regards them as one unique individual,letting them have dialogues with themselves,with classroom,with curriculum,and with activity.Construction of good ecology of moral learning can improve children’s moral character and construct the new mode of moral education.
