马对蒙古族人性格的影响——兼论动物对民族性格的塑造作用

The Influence of Horse on Mongolian’s Personality——Concurrently Discussing on the Shaping Effect of Animals on National Character

采用探索性因素分析方法比较蒙古族人和马的性格特征,探讨动物对民族性格的塑造作用。结果表明:蒙古族人具有亲和性、愉悦性、责任心和负性因子的性格特征;马具有宜人性、负性因子、可靠性、正效价的性格特征。蒙古族人与蒙古马的性格特征存在着中等强度的正相关,主要表现在外向性、情绪性和人际关系方面。这足以说明蒙古族人在驯化马的同时也受马的影响,生态环境中的动物乃是影响民族性格形成的重要因素。

Exploratory factor analysis was used to compare the personality traits of Mongolian people and horses,so as to explore the role of animals in shaping national character. The results show that the Mongolian people have the personality characteristics of affinity,pleasure,responsibility and negative factors. The horse has the characteristics of pleasantness,negative factor,reliability and positive valence. There is a medium-intensity positive correlation between the personality characteristics of Mongolian and Mongolian horses,mainly in terms of extroversion,emotional and interpersonal relationships. It is enough to show that the Mongolian people are also affected by horses while domesticating horses.Therefore,animals in the ecological environment are important factors influencing the formation of national character.
