Three-dimensional Long Horizontal Well Track Control Technology in Fuling Shale Gasfield

摘要 涪陵页岩气田的开发以水平丛式井为主,其导向技术一般采用旋转导向工具和常规LWD导向工具,但两者各有利弊。旋转工具费用高,施工风险大,常规工具钻进效率稍低,但施工成本更低。焦页XX-S4HF井,通过剖面优化,应用降摩减阻工具和井眼轨迹控制技术等多重技术措施,在长水平井段的施工中使用常规导向工具取得了钻进效率与成本控制的最优平衡。 The development of Fuling Shale Gasfield is dominated by horizontal cluster wells.The adoption of rotary steering tool and conventional LWD steering tool has advantages and disadvantages,among which,rotary tool costs more and construction risks are higher,while drilling efficiency of conventional tool is slightly lower but the construction cost is lower.Jiaoye XX-S4HF Well achieves the optimal balance between drilling efficiency and cost control in the construction of long horizontal well section with the help of conventional steering tool and by adopting multiple technical measures such as profile optimization,friction reduction tool and wellbore trajectory control technology.
