摘要
坪北油田P73污水系统站内结垢严重,其注水泵出口垢物以硫酸钡为主,间杂碳酸钙、腐蚀产物及无机盐等,输水管线垢物则以腐蚀产物及碳酸钙为主。开展注水药剂评选研究,认为采用投加“50mg/L的锶钡阻垢剂+50mg/L的缓蚀阻垢剂4号”方案可有效缓解垢堵问题,延长管线使用寿命。
Scale formation is serious in P73 sewage system station of Pingbei Oilfield.The scale products of the water injection pump outlet are mainly barium sulfate,mixed with calcium carbonate,corrosion products and inorganic salts,and the scale products of waterline are mainly corrosion products and calcium carbonate.Based on research on selection and evaluation of water injection agent,it is concluded that the solution of adding 50mg/L strontium barium scale inhibitor+50mg/L No.4 corrosion and scale inhibitor can effectively alleviate the scaling problem and extend the service life of the pipeline.
