膜分离制注氮设备在压裂助排工艺中的推广应用

摘要 NPU1200膜制氮注氮装置由空气压缩机、空气净化器、热交换器、氮气分离系统、氮气增压系统、PLC控制系统等组成,主要作用是在压开地层后,以一定的排量和压力向管柱中泵入高压氮气,以提高地层压力推动压裂液排出,加快返排速度,提高反排液量,具有返排率高、自动化程度高、操作简便等特点。36井次的现场应用表明,该设备的使用可以增加单位时间的产气量,提高工作效率,节约生产成本,能够满足生产需要。 NPU1200 membrane nitrogen production and nitrogen injection device is composed of air compressor,air purifier,heat exchanger,nitrogen separation system,nitrogen supercharging system and PLC control system.Its main function is to pump high pressure nitrogen into the pipe string with a certain displacement and pressure after the formation is crushed,so as to promote the fracturing fluid to be discharged by formation pressure,accelerate the backflow speed and improve the backflow volume.It has the characteristics of high flowback rate,high automation and easy operation.The field application of 36 wells shows that the equipment can increase gas production per unit time,improve work efficiency,save production cost and meet production needs.
