油气会战环境下加强基层党建工作的思考

因油气田建设的特殊性,会战区域内各单位基层党建工作大都存在党建与生产经营融合不够紧密、党建基础工作不够扎实等问题,在新形势下,各油气会战单位只有深入发现、剖析并解决基层党建工作中出现的问题,不断提高基层党建工作质量,才能应对时代变革、推动生产经营。

Due to the particularity of oil and gas field construction,the basic Party construction work of all units in the joint exploration area has some problems,such as the insufficient integration of Party construction and production and operation and the insufficient element task of Party construction.In the new situation,only by finding,analyzing and solving the problems in the grassroots Party construction work,and constantly improving the grassroots Party construction work quality,can the oil and gas combat units respond to the change of the times and promote production and management.
