摘要
江汉石油工程有限公司钻井一公司以充分发挥党员引领带动作用为抓手,探索党员安全包保工作机制,采取三级责任联动,制定两个100%目标,针对症结点精准施策,强化联动考核,正向激励等措施,推动安全包保取得良好成效。理论联系实际,针对安全包保工作在思想意识、责任意识和考核落实方面存在的不足进行深入思考,为进一步完善安全包保工作机制提供参考。
Sinopec No.1 Drilling Company takes a series of measures,including giving full play to the Party members'leading and driving role,exploring the work mechanism of Party members'safety responsibility,adopting three-level responsibility linkage,setting two 100%goals,taking precise measures at the sticking points and enhancing linkage assessment and positive incentive to promote the Party members'safety responsibility.By combining theory with practice,this paper makes a deep reflection on the shortcomings in the aspects of ideological consciousness,responsibility consciousness and assessment implementation,so as to provide a reference for further improving the work mechanism of safety responsibility.
