地震勘探钻井属地震勘探中一个重要环节,在地震勘探过程中,钻井环节贯彻生产的整个过程,有着参与人数多、人员变动大、涉及工期长、投入额大等特点。勘探钻井项目从招投标到最终竣工,有着众多的工作环节,容易发生的廉洁风险主要集中在项目招投标、分包商管理、材料物资设备管理、安全质量管理、统计结算、资金管理等方面,钻井项目廉洁风险防控应按照“关口前移,重在预防,全程介入,严格监督”的原则,抓好“思想教育、机制建设、监督惩处”三个环节,打造勘探钻井管理风清气正的良好环境。

Seismic exploration drilling is an important part of seismic exploration.In the process of seismic exploration,drilling carries out the whole process of production,which is characterized by large number of participants and large amount of investment.Exploration and drilling projects have a lot of work links from bidding to final completion.The probity risk is mainly concentrated in the project bidding and subcontractor management,materials and equipment management,safety and quality management,and statistical settlement and fund management.The clean risk prevention and control of drilling projects should be based on the principle of moving forward,focusing on prevention,involving in the whole process and strict supervision,and attention should be paid to three links including ideological education,mechanism construction and supervision and punishment,so as to create a clean and upright environment in exploration and drilling management.
