石油企业治理亏损单元实现高质量发展的实践与思考

摘要 企业如果不消灭亏损,亏损就会消灭企业。面对长期亏损单元北四区,江汉油田坪北经理部积极查找原因,制订对策,顺势而为,通过机构重组合并、区块流转、内部挖掘潜力等三项举措,及时止损,连续亏损8年的北四区实现盈利,有力确保了企业发展步入良性循环发展轨道,迈向高质量发展阶段。 If the enterprise does not eliminate the loss,the loss will eliminate the enterprise.Facing Bei 4 Area,a long-term loss unit,Pingbei Management Department of Jianghan Oilfield Company searches actively for the reasons,formulates countermeasures and takes advantage of the situation.Through taking three measures to timely stop the loss,such as institutional restructuring and consolidation,block circulation and the internal potential tapping,Bei 4 Area has stopped continuous 8-year losses and achieved a profit,effectively ensuring that the enterprise steps into a virtuous cycle of development track and marches forward the high quality development stage.
