抗高温高密度钻井液配方的研制与性能评价 被引量:9

摘要 针对深井钻进过程中井底温度高、地层压力大、钻井液流变性差、地层盐水污染等技术难题,合成了磺酸盐共聚物降滤失剂(SSDP),通过优选处理剂,研制了一种抗高温高密度钻井液配方:水+0.2%NaOH+0.3%Na 2CO 3+2%钠膨润土+0.2%降滤失剂SSDP+3%磺化酚醛树脂SMP-3+4%磺化褐煤树脂SPNH+0.2%天然高分子包被剂IND30+4%防塌封堵剂FF+1%抑制剂胺基聚醇AP-1+0.2%降黏剂XY-27+高密度重晶石粉。评价试验发现,高温高密度钻井液在高温下流变性好、滤失量小、抑制性强,具有很好的沉降稳定性和抗污染性能,且配制工艺简单、易维护,钻井液岩心渗透率恢复率高,能够较好地保护油气层。该钻井液配方解决了高密度钻井液在高温下滤失量大、抗污染性能差、流变性和沉降稳定性矛盾难以调和等技术难题,为深井在高温高压条件下钻井液配方的选择提供了借鉴。 In consideration of the problems of high temperature of the bottom hole,high formation pressure,poor rheology in drilling fluid and salt water pollution and so forth in the process of deep drilling,a sulfonate copolymer filtrate reducer(SSDP)is synthesized.By choosing treating agent,the formulation of drilling fluid with high temperature and high density is developed.The drilling fluid formulation is:water+0.2% NaOH+0.3% Na 2CO 3+2% sodium bentonite+0.2% filtrate reducer SSDP+3% sulfonated phenolic resin SMP-3+4% sulfonated brown coal resin SPNH+0.2% natural polymer coating agent IND30+4% anti-collapse plugging agent FF+1% inhibitor amine group alcohol AP-1+0.2% adhesive XY-27+ high-density barite powder.Studying indicates that the developed drilling fluid has good rheologic property and less filtration rate,strong inhibition,good settlement stability and anti-pollution performance.The preparation process is simple and easy for maintainence.The recovery rate of core permeability is high,so it can better protect the reservoirs.It can solve the technical problems of high filtration,poor pollution resistance,poor rheologic property and settlement stability of drilling fluid under high temperature,and provides a reference for selection of drilling fluid formulation in high temperature and high pressure.
