瓦氏黄颡鱼饥饿后再投喂的生长及转氨酶活性的个体差异 被引量:2

Individual Variations in Growth and Transaminase Activity of Refeed Pelteobagrus vachelli Richardson after Starvation

摘要 选用平均体重15.42g的瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelli Richardson)18尾,分别置于室内18个玻璃水缸中,在水温23.4~28.2℃下饥饿2周后称重,测定终末重量,计算失重率。然后再饲喂2周,计算鱼体生长及饲料利用指标,并测定肝脏转氨酶活性。结果显示,再摄食后个体的湿重特定生长率、摄食率及饲料转化效率与失重率无显著相关性(P>0.05),但生长率、摄食率与失重前的初始体重显著负相关(P<0.05),饲料转化效率与初始体重显著正相关(P<0.05);湿重特定生长率、摄食率及饲料转化率与肝脏谷丙转氨酶活性无显著相关性(P>0.05),但湿重特定生长率、摄食率与谷草转氨酶活性显著正相关(P<0.05)。该结果表明恢复摄食后黄颡鱼的饲料转化效率与生长存在个体差异,这种差异与饥饿时的失重率无显著相关性,而是与初始体重密切相关。初始体重越低,摄食率越高,湿重特定生长率越高,谷草转氨酶活性越强。 In order to investigate the effect of individual variations on Pelteobagrus vachelli Richardson after starvation-refeed,18 fish(average body weight 15.42g)are placed in 18 glass water tanks respectively,starvation for 2 weeks and weigh the fish,and then feeding for 2 weeks at a temperature of 23.4~28.2℃,determining the growth,feed utilization and transaminase activities at the end of the second week.The results show that there are no significant relationships between specific growth rate(SGR),feed rate(FR),feed conversion efficiency(FCE)and weight loss rate(WLR)(P<0.05),while there exists a significant negative correlations between SGR,FR and initial body weight(P<0.05),and there exists a significant positive correlation between feed conversion efficiency and initial body weight(P<0.05).There are no significant relationships between glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT)activity and SGR,FR and FCE(P>0.05),while glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)activity is positively correlated with SGR and FR(P<0.05).The results show that there is an individual difference between feed efficiency and growth of Pelteobagrus vachelli Richardson after refeeding,and it is not significantly correlated with the weight loss rate during starvation,but closely related to the initial body weight.The lower the initial body weight is,the higher the FR and SGR are,the higher the specific growth rate of wet weight is,the stronger the activity of GOT will be.
