平天湖湿地水资源利用及其保护对策

Study on Water Resources Utilization and Protection Countermeasures in Pingtian Lake Wetland

为了更好地保护和利用安徽沿江湿地水资源,通过综合分析安徽池州平天湖国家湿地公园水资源开发利用现状,探索影响平天湖湿地水资源生态功能发挥的关键因子,提出了具体的湿地水资源保护措施:一是修复湿地生境地形地貌,提升湖泊自身生态功能;二是推广现代生态农业技术,减少农村农业面源污染;三是以“海绵城市”建设和环境集中治理为契机,严控城市污水和企业污染物排放;四是创新湿地生态补偿制度,加大湿地水资源保护力度;五是严守生态保护红线,依法依规实施湿地水资源管理。

In order to better protect and utilize the wetland water resources along the river in Anhui,through comprehensive analysis of the current situation of water resources development and utilization of the National Wetland Park in Chizhou,Anhui,the key factors affecting the ecological function of the water resources of the wetland are explored,and the concrete measures for protecting the wetland water resources are put forward:one is to repair the terrain of the wetland habitat,and to promote the ecological function of the lake itself;two is to promote the modern ecological agricultural technology and to reduce the pollution of agricultural non-point sources in rural areas;three is to take“sponge city”construction and environmental centralized management as an opportunity to strictly control urban sewage and pollutant discharge from enterprises;four is the ecological compensation system of innovative wetland,and increase the protection of wetland water resources;five is strictly abide by the red line of ecological protection and implement the management of wetland water resources according to the law.
