摘要
随着电网工程建设的难度与规模越来越大,对电网工程的质量把控成为项目建设的难点,特别是对保证电网工程全过程有序、高效以及高质量的建设方法研究较少。鉴于此,文章对电网工程建设全过程包含的流程、项目进行了研究,并对传统的管控方法进行了分析得出其中存在的问题,在此基础上引入信息化平台构建了电网工程全过程管控方法,最终对该方法进行应用,有效提高了电网建设效率。
With the increasing difficulty and scale of power grid engineering construction,the quality control of power grid engineering has become a difficult point in project construction,especially to ensure the whole process of power grid engineering orderly,efficient and high quality construction methods are less studied.In view of this,this paper studies the process and project included in the whole process of power grid engineering construction,and analyzes the existing problems in the traditional management and control methods.On this basis,the information platform is introduced to construct the whole process management and control method of power grid engineering.Finally,this method is applied to effectively improve the efficiency of power grid construction.
