定量带宽表示下的迭代变分模式分解方法在机械故障诊断中的应用研究

The application of iterative variational mode decomposition method in mechanical fault diagnosis based on quantitative bandwidth representation

针对变分模式分解方法在实际应用中无法客观地确定平衡参数和分量分解个数的问题,提出了一种基于定量带宽表示下的迭代变分模式分解方法。该方法利用定量带宽与平衡参数关系曲线,在确定信号带宽之后找到最佳平衡参数,并根据最佳平衡参数迭代提取信号分量,再利用峭度准则确定包含故障信息最丰富的分量,最后通过该分量的包络谱进行机械故障特征提取及诊断。该方法减少了人为因素对参数选择的影响,仿真与实验信号分析结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Aiming at objectively determining the balance parameters and the number of component decompositions in practical applications of the variational mode decomposition method,it proposes an iterative variational decomposition method based on quantitative bandwidth representation.Based on the relationship curve between the quantitative bandwidth and the balance parameter,it obtains the best balance parameter,and iterates the signal components in turn with the balance parameter unchanged.It takes the kurtosis criterion to determine the component with the most abundant information of the fault and the health status of the machine in the envelope spectrum of characteristic component.The proposed method reduces the influence of human factors on the parameter selection.Simulation and bearing test signal analysis results verify the effectiveness of the method.
