摘要
根据平移式地铁闸机的工作原理,对扇门机构运动平稳性、定位精度、导轨受力等故障模式及导轨间隙对机构可靠性的影响进行了分析,获得了可靠性表征量。采用拉丁超立方抽样法和逐步回归分析法,建立了3种故障模式的代理模型,获得了不同导轨间隙的灵敏度排序;采用PNET算法,进行了多失效模式相关性分析,获得了不同导轨间隙下的扇门机构可靠度估计值,为地铁闸机扇门机构设计和运维提供了数据支撑和参考。
Based on the working principle of the translational subway gate,it analyzes the failure mode of the door mechanism,the positioning accuracy,the force of the guide rail,describes the effect of the rail clearance on the characteristics,obtains the reliability characterization.Using the Latin hypercube sampling method and stepwise regression analysis,it establishes the proxy models of three failure modes,analyzes the sensitivity ranking of different rail gaps.Based on the PNET algorithm it analyzes the correlation of multiple failure modes,estimates the reliability of the door mechanism under different wear clearances.This provides data support and reference for subway gate design,operation and maintenance.
