三峡库区深潜水问题及对策 被引量:1

摘要 三峡常年库区和回水变动段受175米蓄水影响形成了水深超过百米的局部河段,一旦需要深水救助,深潜水装备相关技术问题亟待解决。本文通过回顾“2018年10.28重庆万州公交车坠江事件”,指出目前三峡库区面对沉船、沉物打捞时深潜水方面存在的问题,再通过对目前潜水装备的现状及三峡库区水文条件的分析,提出了库区深潜水救助的相关措施。
