辅助性T细胞9的研究进展

Research progress on T helper-9 cells

辅助性T细胞9(T helper-9,Th9)是于2008年新发现的CD4^+T细胞功能亚群,其特征性表达转录因子PU.1和细胞因子IL-9。新近研究显示,Th9细胞的分化受细胞因子TGF-β、IL-4和多种转录因子的协同调节,并在肿瘤、炎症性疾病、寄生虫感染等疾病中发挥着重要作用。本文就其相关研究进展做一综述。

The helper T cell 9(T helper-9,Th9),as a functional subgroup of CD4^+T cells,was newly discovered in 2008.Th9 cells expressed transcription factor PU.1 and cytokine IL-9 characteristically.Recent researches have shown that the differentiation of Th9 cells was co-regulated by cytokines TGF-β,IL-4 and various transcription factors.And Th9 cells played an important role in tumor,inflammatory disease,parasite infection and other diseases.In this paper,the related research progress is reviewed.
