摘要 肺癌已成为中国乃至全球发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁人类的健康。在肺癌诊治过程中,产生海量的医疗大数据,本研究通过构建共建共享的省市级肺癌专病化的数据平台,以达到掌握全省范围内疾病的发病情况、发病特点以及诊疗情况,同时推动肺癌科研水平的提升,进而提高省市级肺癌的诊疗水平,为医疗卫生部门制定政策提供帮助。 Lung cancer has become the malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality in China and even the world,which is a serious threat to human health.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer,a large amount of medical big data is generated.This study aims to grasp the disease incidence,disease characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the province by constructing a shared data platform for provincial and municipal lung cancer specialization.At the same time,it promotes the improvement of lung cancer research level,and thus improves the level of diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer at the provincial and municipal levels,and provides assistance for the medical and health departments to formulate policies.
