This study mainly introduces the concept of uncertainty in physics experiments in universities,and puts forward how to calculate the evaluation rules of uncertainty of class A and class B.The standard uncertainty degrees of measurement results are figured out by giving some examples.It also discusses how to evaluate,synthesize,transmit and express uncertainty,which will be important and instructionally significant to physics experiment teaching at universities.
