摘要 目的探讨二维、四维超声联合检查在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析120名妊娠中期孕妇的临床资料,均分别行二维、四维超声检查,筛查胎儿畸形。以孕妇引产后或实际分娩后新生儿畸形情况为金标准,评价二维、四维超声及联合应用时对胎儿畸形诊断效能。结果二维、四维超声联合诊断胎儿畸形灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论孕妇产前胎儿畸形筛查中联用二维、四维超声检查价值较高,可提升诊断灵敏度、特异度及准确度。 Objective To explore the application value of two-dimensional combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal fetal malformation screening. Methods The clinical data of 120 pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. All of them were examined by two-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasound respectively to screen fetal malformation. With the situation of malformation of the newborn after induction or actual delivery as gold standard, the diagnostic efficacy of two-dimensional, four-dimensional ultrasound and joint examination for fetal malformation were evaluated. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of two-dimensional combined with fourdimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation were higher than those of single detection(P <0.05).Conclusion The value of two-dimensional combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal fetal malformation screening is high, and it can improve the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of diagnosis.
