美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of metoprolol combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure

目的探讨美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2018年7月收治的70例老年重症心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组给予呋塞米、地高辛和阿托伐他汀药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予美托洛尔和厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪药物治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVESD、LVEDD均减小,LVEF水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭可有效改善患者的心力衰竭症状,提高患者的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure. Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with severe heart failure admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with furosemide, digoxin and atorvastatin, and the observation group was treated with metoprolol and irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than 77.14% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the LVESD and LVEDD in the two groups decreased, the level of LVEF increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure can effectively improve the symptoms of heart failure, and enhance the treatment effect of patients.
