经皮微创椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture without nerve injury

目的研究经皮微创椎弓根螺钉内固定术(PPSF)治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法将74例无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折患者按不同手术方式分为对照组(36例)和观察组(38例)。对照组采用开放式椎弓根螺钉内固定术(OPSF),观察组采用PPSF,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组围术期参数均优于对照组,手术后1周及6个月的VAS评分、ODI评分及手术中并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PPSF治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的创伤小、疼痛轻、并发症少。

Objective To study the clinical effect of percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation(PPSF) in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture without nerve injury. Methods A total of 74 patients with thoracolumbar fracture without nerve injury were divided into control group(36 cases) and observation group(38 cases) according to different surgery methods. The control group was given open pedicle screw fixation(OPSF), and the observation group was given PPSF. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The perioperative parameters in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the VAS scores, ODI scores at 1 week and 6 months after operation and the incidence of intraoperative complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PPSF in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture without nerve injury has less trauma and pain, fewer complications.
