黄连清胃汤对改善胃溃疡患者临床疗效及情绪状态的价值

Value of Huanglian Qingwei decoction in improving the clinical effect and emotional state of patients with gastric ulcer

目的探讨黄连清胃汤对改善胃溃疡患者临床疗效及情绪状态的价值。方法将我院收治的120例胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各60例。对照组采用三联西药疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用黄连清胃汤,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的中医症候积分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的胸闷、太息症状改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年后,治疗组的症状及内镜下溃疡复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄连清胃汤可有效改善胃溃疡患者症状,缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To explore the value of Huanglian Qingwei decoction in improving the clinical effect and emotional state of patients with gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 120 patients with gastric ulcer admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triple western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Huanglian Qingwei decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased, and that in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rates of improving symptoms of sense of suppression in the chest and excessive rest in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 1 year follow-up, the recurrence rates of symptoms and endoscopic ulcer in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Huanglian Qingwei decoction can effectively improve the symptoms, relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with gastric ulcer.
