规范化癌痛护理模式改善癌痛患者疼痛程度及负性情绪的效果

Effect of standardized cancer pain nursing mode in improving pain level and negative emotion of cancer pain patients

目的探讨规范化癌痛护理模式改善癌痛患者疼痛程度及负性情绪的效果。方法选取我院2016年2月至2018年2月收治的70例癌痛患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法不同将其分为观察组(35例,常规护理+规范化癌痛护理)与对照组(35例,常规护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组疼痛数字评分法(NRS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及癌症治疗功能评价量表(FACT-G)评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规范化癌痛护理模式可改善癌痛患者疼痛程度及负性情绪,有助于患者生活质量的改善。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized cancer pain nursing mode in improving pain level and negative emotion of cancer pain patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with cancer pain admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(35 cases,routine nursing +standardized cancer pain nursing) and control group(35 cases, routine nursing) according to different nursing methods. The nursing effects of the two groups was compared. Results After intervention, the scores of numerical rating scale(NRS), self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS) and functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Standardized cancer pain nursing mode can improve the degree of pain and negative emotions of cancer pain patients, and contribute to the improvement of patients’ quality of life.
