运动康复七步法护理模式对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的干预效果

Intervention effect of seven-step nursing model of exercise rehabilitation on patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease

目的研究运动康复七步法护理模式对冠心病慢性心理衰竭(CHF)患者的干预效果。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的126例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象。采取随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组63例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用运动康复七步法护理模式。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者的治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者血浆BNP、ALD水平均显著低于护理前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的心理健康、躯体状况、生理活动、情感状况、社会功能评分以及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者再住院率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者病死率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运动康复七步法护理模式对患者的心功能有较好的恢复作用,还可增强患者骨骼肌的运动功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the intervention effect of seven-step nursing model of exercise rehabilitation on patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 126 patients with CHF of coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number method, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given seven-step nursing model of exercise rehabilitation on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of cardiac function Grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the levels of plasma BNP and ALD in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05). The scores of mental health, physical condition, physiological activity, emotional condition, social function and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The rehospitalization rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the mortality rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05). Conclusion The seven-step nursing model of exercise rehabilitation has a good recovery effect on the patient’s cardiac function, and can also enhance the skeletal muscle motor function and improve the patient’s quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
