模糊控制理论及其在石化装置中的实现

摘要 先进控制技术突破了常规的单参数PID控制模式,着重于装置的整体控制,即以整个装置为对象,因而其易于处理多输入多输出,耦合、约束、前馈补偿、大滞后等问题,并能够采用区域控制策略,从而把主要被控量和操作量全部纳入控制系统,具有良好的解耦和跟踪性能。整体控制既保证了整个装置的平稳运行,又能够使多余的调节能力用于卡边优化目标,实现一定程度的在线实时优化功能。本文介绍了一种先进控制策略——模糊控制,并理论结合实际,给出了其在石化装置中实现的过程,具有较高的工程应用价值。 Advanced control technology breaks through the conventional single-parameter PID control mode,focusing on the overall control of the device,i.e.taking the whole device as the object,so it is easy to deal with the problems of multi-input and multi-output,coupling,constraints,feed-forward compensation,large lag,and can adopt regional control strategy,thus bringing the main controlled quantity and operation quantity into the control system,with good decoupling and tracking.Tracking performance.The overall control not only ensures the smooth operation of the whole device,but also enables the redundant energy-regulating power to be used for the optimization objective of the edge clamping,and achieves a certain degree of online real-time optimization function.In this paper,an advanced control strategy,fuzzy control,is introduced,and its implementation process in petrochemical plant is given in combination with theory and practice.It has high engineering application value.
