Research on Sequence Valve Control Solution for Steam Turbine DEH System

通过建立汽轮机调速阀的流量模型,根据机组额定工况参数及调速阀的理论流量与升程关系曲线,确立调速阀喷嘴组方程,并根据该模型完成调速阀管理组态、单阀/顺阀切换组态,实现机组顺阀控制。

By establishing the flow model of the steam turbine speed control valve,according to the rated working condition parameters of the unit and the theoretical flow and lift relationship curve of the speed control valve,the governor nozzle equation is established,and the speed control valve management configuration is completed according to the model.,single valve/valve switching configuration,to achieve unit valve control.
