某电厂给水在线pH表与便携式仪表测量偏差较大,核心化学仪表测量数据出现偏差会影响化学监督控制的准确性,机组长期运行可能会出现严重事故。详细分析了影响测量的各种因素,并提出了有效的解决方法。
The pH value of feed water measured by online water pH meter and portable water pH meter has a large deviation in a power plant.The deviation of the measurement data of the core chemical instrument will affect the accuracy of chemical supervision and control,Long-term operation of the unit may cause serious accidents.Analyzes the influencing reasons detailedly,and puts forward some effective settlements.
