摘要
以X80钢为研究对象,利用CS系列电化学工作站,通过改变模拟酸雨的pH值、阴离子浓度和浸泡时间,考察其极化曲线变化规律,对极化曲线进行拟合可以得到腐蚀速率、阳极极化率、阴极极化率、自腐蚀电流和自腐蚀电位等参数,分析其参数变化规律。结果表明:随着模拟酸雨溶液pH值的减小,腐蚀速率、阳极极化率、阴极极化率、自腐蚀电流和自腐蚀电位均呈增大的趋势,没有出现钝化现象;随着三种侵蚀性阴离子(SO 4^2-、NO 3^-、Cl-)浓度的增加,X80钢在酸雨中的腐蚀速率均增大,腐蚀速率NO 3^->SO 42->Cl^-;随着浸泡时间的增加,腐蚀速率、阳极极化率、阴极极化率、自腐蚀电流和自腐蚀电位均呈减小的趋势,没有出现钝化现象。所得结论对X80钢在模拟酸雨中的腐蚀与防护有一定的参考意义。
Taking X80 steel as the research object,the variation of polarization curve was investigated by changing pH values,anion concentration and soaking time of simulated acid rain by CS series electrochemical workstation.Corrosion rate and anodic polarization were obtained by fitting polarization curves.The parameters such as rate,cathodic polarization,self-corrosion current and self-corrosion potential were analyzed.The results showed that with the decrease of pH value of the simulated acid rain solution,the corrosion rate,anodic polarization,cathodic polarization,self-corrosion current and self-corrosion potential all increased,and there was no passivation.The corrosion rate of X80 steel in acid rain increased with the increase of concentration of aggressive anions(SO 4^2-,NO 3^-,Cl^-),and corrosion rate was NO 3^->SO 4^2->Cl^-;the corrosion rate increased with the soaking time.The anodic polarizability,cathodic polarizability,self-corrosion current and self-corrosion potential all showed a tendency to decrease,and no passivation occurred.The obtained conclusions have certain referential significance for the corrosion and protection of X80 steel in simulated acid rain.
