荷花遗传育种研究进展

Advances in genetic breeding of Nelumbo nucifera

荷花(Nelumbo nucifera)是我国十大传统名花之一,具有很高的观赏、经济和文化价值。为满足人们对荷花花色、花期等新品种培育的需求,育种工作者进行了多方面的研究。本文从种质资源、遗传规律、育种方法、分子生物学研究及新品种选育和推广等方面,综述了荷花遗传育种的研究进展,并对荷花的育种和开发利用等方面所面临的问题和未来发展趋势进行了展望。

Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn is one of the ten traditional flowers in China.It has high ornamental value.In order to meet the needs of breeding new varieties such as lotus flower color and florescence,the breeding workers have done many researches.In this paper,the research progress of lotus genetics and breeding is reviewed from the aspects of germplasm resources,genetic rules,breeding methods,molecular biology research and breeding and popularization of new varieties,and the problems and future development trends of lotus breeding,development and utilization are also shown in this paper.
