精准扶贫政策下县域普惠金融指数测度及空间分异研究——以安徽省为例

On the Measurement and Spatial Differentiation of Inclusive Financial Index in County Areas Under Precise Poverty Alleviation Policy——Take Anhui as an Example

本文在侧重于精准扶贫政策的前提下,完善县域普惠金融测度方式,选择安徽61个县市为样本测算县域普惠金融指数,并分析其区域性差异。研究表明安徽县域普惠金融发展整体呈上升趋势,但皖江地区发展水平较高、皖西北较低,且区域相关性不断上升,表现出“锦上添花”的倾向。

On the premise of focusing on precise poverty alleviation policies,this paper improves the measurement method of county inclusive financial index.It chooses 61 counties and cities in Anhui Province as samples to calculate county inclusive financial index,and analyses its regional differences.The research shows that the development of inclusive finance in counties of anher has been rising as a whole,but the level of development in the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui is higher,the northwest of Anhui province is lower,and the regional correlation is rising,which shows the tendency of"make what is good still better".
