星巴克在中国大陆的空间分布及其影响因素分析

摘要 作为全球咖啡连锁企业,星巴克自1998年进入中国市场后,在中国市场已经取得了快速的发展。文章以全国3000多家星巴克门店为研究对象,首先,从星巴克的空间分布特征进行分析,发现星巴克主要分布在中国人口众多且经济发达的东部沿海以及政治文化中心,呈现出空间分布高度集中、省际差异大及均衡度低的特征。其次,针对其空间分布现状进行分析,研究发现经济、人口、市政规划、交通、社会人文五个因素均对星巴克的空间分布有较大影响。 As a global coffee chain,Starbucks has achieved rapid development in the Chinese market since it entered the Chinese market in 1998.This paper takes more than 3000 Starbucks stores in China as the research object.Firstly,through the analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of Starbucks,it is finds that Starbucks is mainly distributed in the east coast of China with a large population and a developed economy,as well as in the political and cultural centers of China,showing highly concentrated spatial distribution,large inter-provincial differences and low equilibrium degree.Secondly,based on the analysis of its spatial distribution status,the research found that five factors,including economy,population,municipal planning,transportation and social and cultural factors,all have a great impact on the spatial distribution of Starbucks.
