贵州省本科层次小学全科教师素质结构初探 被引量:2

摘要 本科层次小学全科教师培养作为当前基础教育事业中的重要事件,已引起了我省众多高校的探究。为了保证这类人才培养的质量,结合国家标准与我省小学教育师资结构现状,从教育理想、专业知识、专业能力三个方面初步建构了我省本科层次小学全科教师的素质结构,同时提出了举师生之力稳步发展与借学校之力加快发展的职前培养路径。 Undergraduate level primary school teacher training is an important event in the current basic education,which has caused the exploration of many universities in our province.In order to ensure the quality of personnel training,the author initially constructed the quality structure of the undergraduate primary school teachers in the province from the three aspects of education ideals,professional knowledge and professional ability according to the national standards and the current situation of the teachers'education structure in our province.The author proposes a pre-employment training path to accelerate development through the power of teachers and students along with schools.
