该研究聚焦黔西南特色小镇建设中的文化策略问题,一方面,揭示“文化”对于黔西南特色小镇建设重要性的同时,梳理黔西南州的特色小镇建设中可以利用的文化资源;另一方面,以前述研究结果为基础和前提,探讨黔西南州的特色小镇建设进程中具有可操作性的策略和方法,从而为正在展开的黔西南特色小镇建设提供借鉴。

This paper focuses on the cultural strategy in the construction of characteristic small towns in southwestern Guizhou.On the one hand,it reveals the importance of"culture"for the construction of characteristic small towns in southwestern Guizhou,and combs the cultural resources that can be utilized in the construction of characteristic small towns in southwestern Guizhou.On the other hand,based on the above research results and the premise,it discusses the feasible strategies and methods in the construction of characteristic towns in southwestern Guizhou,so as to provide reference for the construction of the characteristic small towns in southwest Guizhou.
