基于社会需求导向适时调整经管类专业建设的应对策略——以贵州轻工职业技术学院工商管理专业建设调整为例

Based on the Guidance of Social Demand,Adjust the Coping Strategies for the Contruction of Economics and Management Majors——Take Guizhou Institute of Light Industry and Technology for Example

随着我国经济快速发展,企业组织结构和社会组织结构也会改变,对从业人员的综合素质产生了新的诉求。为满足对人才不同种类、不同层次的社会需求,各大院校人才培养在转向应用型人才的过程中就面临如何转型与调整的问题。以贵州轻工职业技术学院为研究对象,采用访谈法和调查问卷法对部分毕业生和在校生进行调查,分析工商管理专业如何适应社会需求问题,按岗位→岗位所需要能力→岗位知识→对应课程这一逻辑关系为核心构建了对接设置课程体系,最后指出工商管理专业现阶段应致力于改革教育培养模式具体方法及措施,以及今后加大学校硬件、完善运行有针对性的机制和制度等保障措施,旨在促进工商管理专业人才培养的适用性、特色性,从而更好地服务于当地经济。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the organizational structure and social organization structure of enterprises will also change,which has created new demands for the comprehensive quality of employees.In order to meet the social needs of different types and levels of talents,colleges and universities are facing the problem of how to transform and adjust their talent cultivation in the process of turning to applied talents.Taking Guizhou Light Industry Vocational and Technical College as the research object,this paper investigates some graduates and students by interviews and questionnaires,and analyses how business management majors adapt to social needs.The docking settings are constructed according to the logical relationship of post→post required abilities→post knowledge→corresponding courses.In the end,it is pointed out that at the present stage,the major of business administration should devote itself to reforming the specific methods and measures of education and training mode,as well as to enlarging the hardware of schools,improving the operation of targeted mechanisms and systems,in order to promote the applicability and characteristics of the training of business administration professionals,so as to better serve them.Local economic development.
